This is not the final presentation but it was ready for the day of dedication! The sculpture will be set on a  seven foot round cement base, painted with a stain to give the feeling of water, and have river grasses and boulders set around it.

In honor of the river and watershed, community members placed stones from the Chinese Dam at the base of the sculpture at the end of the dedication ceremony.
